A sociologist, writer, host, reporter and a great communicator, DANIEL PINARD contributed to several television programs, including Consommaction and Fleurs et jardins, before he took charge of the much popular gastronomic shows Ciel ! mon Pinard and Les pieds dans les plats. As author, he published Les Pinardises and Encore des pinardises, which have reached a wide audience and been a keen success, as well as Jean-Louis Millette, portrait d’un comédien. Concerned with the globalization issues and by our poor eating habits, he’s developing a project on these subjects. The well-known host is also working on a book on food chemistry and was reporter for the radio program Bonjour Montréal, aired on CKAC.
