After graduating from the École nationale de l'humour, MARC BRUNET signed scripts for several important Quebec comedians. He coauthored Jean-Michel Anctil's Rumeurs, François Morency's Les vraies valeurs and Marie Lise Pilote's Toute la vérité (all standups), and was also behind the success of television programs such as Majeurs et vaccinés, La fin du monde est à 7 heures, and Le grand blond avec un show sournois, which won him a Gémeaux award in 2003. Furthermore, for four years, he was chief script editor of the daily radio program Les midis fous. For the big screen, he cowrote Nuit de noces with Émile Gaudreault. The audience got a new taste of his humor with the television series Le cœur a ses raisons, starring Anne Dorval and Marc Labrèche, on TVA.
