Actress and stage director, MARTINE BEAULNE has close to 50 productions to her credit. Among her most outstanding stagings are Cinq nôs modernes (NAC and Théâtre du Rideau Vert), Albertine en cinq temps (Espace GO), Ogre (Théâtre d'Aujourd'hui), Le vrai monde? (Théâtre du Rideau Vert) and Le monument (Théâtre de la Licorne), not to mention La locandiera, at the TNM, where she also directed La mégère apprivoisée, Roméo et Juliette and Don Juan. Her acting work includes Mort accidentelle d'un anarchiste (Théâtre de Quat'Sous) and La vie de Galilée (TNM), as well as playing in the LNI. MARTINE BEAULNE has been teaching at the École supérieure de théâtre de l'UQÀM since 1993.
